## What We Do

We identify, build, and deploy AI agent systems that unlock new business models for traditional industries. Not automation for automation's sake — AI-powered ventures that could not have existed before, built on top of the operational foundations our partners have spent years building.

We work across: logistics, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, hospitality, retail, finance, energy, real estate.

## Our Model

Three phases:

1. **Identify** — We map partner workflows, locate the highest-ROI AI opportunity, and validate it before building anything.
2. **Build** — Our engineering team deploys a working AI agent system in production within weeks. Partners keep running their business.
3. **Scale** — When the MVP demonstrates ROI, we either acquire a significant equity stake in the partner's business to scale together, or co-found a joint venture to productise the solution as a standalone new business line.

## Who We Are

Founded by operators and investors with $100M+ raised across multiple ventures and 20+ years of combined experience as founders, CEOs, and VCs investing in emerging technologies.

We are not consultants. We do not take on clients. We co-found ventures.

## Partner Requirements

- £5M+ in annual revenue (our goal is to take you to 8 figures through the partnership)
- Established business in a non-tech industry
- CEO or founder-level buy-in
- Willingness to give us access to people, data, and workflows

We accept fewer than 6 new partnerships per year.

## Mission

Built in Greece. Exported globally. Our broader mission is to establish Greece as a global AI hub and contribute 1% to Greek GDP through the ventures we build here.
